A very unusual type of belt. The integrated rollers allow a second PVC conveyor belt to be positioned underneath the main belt. When this 'hidden' belt is activated, it spins the rollers on the main belt, propelling the carried product sideways off the main belt, and onto a receiving line or another conveyor system
An extremely versatile type of belt, it can be used for 90 degree transfers, aligners, sortation systems, mergers, turner/dividers, lane switchers, etc. The integrated rollers allow for a variety of belts or wear strips to be positioned underneath the main belt.
Depending on the way the rollers are activated, it activates the rollers on the main belt, propelling the carried product sideways off the main belt or across the belt to position and or orientate the conveyed product, and onto a receiving line or another conveyor system.
